Each episode of "Eating Our Roots" features a single local ingredient, illuminating its journey to Hawaii and sharing the rich history it holds within our island home. Chef Ippy collaborates with the featured local farmer, grower, or fisherman to prepare and present the highlighted dish, celebrating the essence of each ingredient.

 

Premiering on May 27th, 2024, at 7:00 pm prime time, "Roots to Table" will captivate audiences on Hawai’i News Now, K5, and all HNN digital platforms including Apple TV, Fire TV, and Roku.
